How does the consultation work?

The consultation is free and personal. You bring the idea — a concept, reference images, a name, a memory — and Joseph works through style, placement, size and detail with you. Once the design direction is agreed, your private appointment is booked and the artwork is drawn before your session.

Can you cover up or rework an old tattoo?

In most cases, yes. It depends on the size, age, density and colour of the existing tattoo. Joseph will assess it honestly and tell you whether it can be covered in one session, staged across several, or whether a light laser fade first would give you a much better result.

How much does a tattoo cost?

Pricing depends on size, placement, detail and how many sessions the piece needs. Because every tattoo here is custom, you get a clear quote after the consultation rather than a number off a price list — no surprises on the day.

What if my tattoo needs a touch-up?

Once your tattoo has fully healed, bring it back in and we will assess it. Where a touch-up is appropriate, it is carried out complimentary. Good aftercare in the first few weeks makes a real difference, and we walk you through it before you leave.

The studio is at 1 Ocean Dr, Brooklyn, NY 11224 — a luxury space with an ocean view. Most clients come from Brooklyn and the wider New York area, with regular clients travelling in from New Jersey and Connecticut, and larger projects booked by clients nationwide.
